After completing the booking form it’s as easy as

with the booking details. Ideally, by 10am the day before the delivery date or
before would be preferred:

Florists
The usual florist supplied gifts up to 4kg with a max of 2 balloons
attached will be picked up from you free of charge (if it's within
the immediate local area of the delivery & delivery is done during the
business hours of the pick up point) on the delivery
day or the day before. If the Character Courier delivery time span of 9am
- 12pm was booked the gift would be picked up the day before the delivery
date, after 12pm. You can also choose to have the gift delivered to our
offices in Sydney.
